Our Return Policy
We will accept any product in its original package for up to 30 days from the date of shipment if it does not meet your expectations.

Products that are engraved or embroidered cannot be returned unless damaged during the shipment or received defective. Any item that is received damaged in shipment or manufacturer defective needs to be reported immediately. It will be exchanged for you without charge.

If any items are wrong in your order, we will pick up and ship out the correct item.

To return an item use RPN and your order number on box being returned. For example, Order # 4567, would be RPN4567.

All products must be shipped back in their original boxes which includes the packing material. You may ship it to the address below as an insured parcel.

The return postage and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
